On the first day of operation of new guidelines for international passengers, 3,476 fliers from 'at-risk' nations arrived in India and of them, six have tested positive for COVID-19, the government said on Wednesday amid the Omicron scare. The passengers arrived on 11 international flights. "The samples...have been sent to INSACOG labs for whole genomic sequencing," it added.
