Four labourers were killed due to a lightning strike in Andhra Pradesh's Eluru while they were working in the district reserve forest, police said. Three others were reportedly injured and shifted to the hospital. The deceased were identified as 35-year-old Kondababu, 20-year-old Dharmaraju, 25-year-old Raju and 18-year-old Venu, whose bodies were sent to Eluru hospital for postmortem.
