Chetan Sharma has resigned as chief selector following a sting operation by a media outlet. In the video, Chetan Sharma was heard talking about several issues and even talked about the relationship between former BCCI president Sourav Ganguly and former captain Virat Kohli.
Chetan Sharma was re-appointed as a chief selector last month but the controversial sting operation landed him in a difficult situation.On Friday, Chetan Sharma sent his resignation letter to BCCI secretary Jay Shah. In the sting, Chetan was caught saying how he spent 30 minutes talking to India captain Rohit Sharma and revealed Hardik Pandya would come to his place late in the night to discuss his future.
