Authorities at the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport in Delhi were alerted to a bomb threat call received on Tuesday, originating from an anonymous caller, according to police reports. The threat, which targeted a flight bound for Kolkata from Delhi, was swiftly investigated by airport security personnel.

In response to the security alert, necessary safety protocols were enacted to ensure the well-being of passengers and personnel at the airport. Despite the false alarm, stringent measures were implemented to uphold security standards and maintain public safety
