Delhi recorded a minimum temperature of 6.9 degree Celsius on Sunday, according to the Indian Meteorological Department. This is the lowest temperature recorded in the capital since 2006, according to weather expert Mahesh Palawat, Vice President of private weather agency Skymet Weather. Sunday's temperature is lower than 7.5 degree Celsius recorded on Friday in Delhi which was the coldest November morning in 14 years.This is the fourth day when the minimum temperature is below 10 degree Celsius this season. Hence, it is officially a Cold Wave situation as the temperature is also almost 5 degree Celsius below normal. According to IMD's weather bulletin, Delhi is set to have a hazy Sunday today while the maximum temperature has been predicted at 24 degree Celsius.
