India's largest low-cost carrier IndiGo and its passengers are now reeling under the impact of unending snags on Pratt & Whitney's (P&W) engines powering the Airbus A-320 new engine option (NEO). As many as eight NEOs of IndiGo are currently grounded due to engine trouble, forcing the airline to cancel hundreds of flights and accommodate passengers on other flights.
