India's fastest woman Dutee Chand on Saturday clocked 11.49 seconds to break the university level 100-metre record of 11.56 seconds at the Khelo India University Games. "Start of the year has been good. I will improve in the next tournament," said Dutee after the win. The 24-year-old holds the women's 100-metre national record of 11.22 seconds. The second best, Dhanalakshmi S from Mangalore University, clocked 11.99 seconds and Sneha SS from Mahatma Gandhi University clinched the bronze with a timing of 12.08 seconds.
