Ahmedabad unit of Bharatiya Vidya  Bhavan and well known journalist Sheela Bhatt will dedicate to  the  public ‘Kanti Bhatt Memorial and Reading Room’ at Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Khanpur, Ahmedabad on Tuesday,  February 21, 2023. Renowned Gujarati  author and playwright Madhu Rye will do the honours.
‘Kanti Bhatt Memorial and Reading Room’ is a tribute to almost six decades of journalist work of Late Kantibhai, and one of its kind for any Gujarati author and journalist so far. It houses about 1,600 books of personal collection of Kantibhai, graciously donated by Sheela Bhatt to Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Ahmedabad. The air-conditioned memorial also consists close to 16,000 articles penned by Kanti Bhatt. This content will be offered to students, researchers, and other readers absolutely free.
