Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, who was called to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) office today for questioning in the Delhi liquor policy case, has requested the central agency to defer the questioning to another date.
The CBI summoned Sisodia nearly three months after filing the charge sheet in the case. The AAP leader, who also serves as Delhi's Finance Minister, sought an exemption and has asked for a week's time as he is busy "preparing the budget".
