Hours after the death of Mukhtar Ansari, his son Umar Ansari came up with a big claim in connection to the jailed gangster-politician's death due to cardiac arrest. Umar Ansari alleged that his father was 'given poison' in the food and assured that his team would approach the court.
"Two days ago, I came to meet him (Mukhtar Ansari), but I was not allowed. We also said earlier and even today we say about the allegation of giving (him) slow poison. On March 19, he was poisoned during dinner. We will approach the court as we have full faith in it," he said.
