Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday said that there is no question of implementing the National Registers of Citizens (NRC) in the state and asserted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has clarified his stance on the exercise. "I think there is no logic behind the NRC all over India. We are ready to have a discussion over all issues including the NRC and CAA in the house," he said.
