Domestic factors, especially weak economic data, weighed on investor sentiment on Tuesday to pull the sensex down by 770 points or 2% to 36,563 points, as 28 of the index’s 30 constituents closed in the red. As a result, investors were left poorer by Rs 2.6 lakh crore with BSE’s market capitalization now at Rs 137.8 lakh crore.
