Savli’s BJP MLA Ketan Inamdar dropped a bombshell on Wednesday by resigning as legislator, blaming lackadaisical attitude of the government in addressing nagging problems of people in his constituency.
In a strongly worded resignation letter addressed to the Gujarat assembly speaker, Inamdar stated that his post as a people’s representative had become untenable due to constant disregard by ministers, whom he accused of always siding with senior officers.
