Name a state, name a country, name a continent, name a planet; Gujaratis are everywhere. Not only geographically, they are literally everywhere. From Bollywood to best IT companies to diamond companies to the Prime Minister of India, there is not a single profession where you won’t find a Gujju. And Bollywood is full of Gujaratis. 

Indian actors have and will continue to contribute to Hollywood. Kashyap Mori is an addition to that from Ahmedabad, India.  He was born in a small town in Gujarat , India called Junagadh on December 8th, 1995, and he grew up in the World Heritage city of Ahmedabad, India. Later  shortly after finishing his Bachelors, he moved to Los Angeles, California to professionally himself further in the craft of acting. 

After moving to Los Angeles his vision was directed towards the cultural difference of acting between eastern and western forms, Under the guidance of Lee Strasberg institute he pursued the Hollywood industry and found the bridge that he was looking to create between his craft and the Hollywood industry, He came out as idiosyncratic performer in the characters.

Because of his mother's enthusiasm in western cinema his interests manifested into Acting. His passion for acting developed when his mother introduced him and her sister Rima Mori to western cinema through films such as Titanic, Jurassic Park and the very first Spider-Man. 

In an early ripe age he joined a regional theater group while schooling, where he came to know about Stanislavsky and Moscow art theatre which led him to "The Sin city" Los Angeles in 2017 where he pursued method acting. 

He got trained at one of the most credible institutes in the Method Acting ‘The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institution’.

He appeared in two short movies called Slumberland (2019)  and Winter Girl (2020). While talking about latest work in the short film Beggar and Painter, he said,  story is related to revolving around a crisis of homelessness around the globe. 

His first film was "Winter girl" where he played the character of Nick(a pot addict who's an actor), the same year he teamed up with Eurus productions for a Film named "Nothing" in which he played a Broadway performer named Baron Kramer who brings out the issue of homelessness in The state of California. His upcoming ventures includes a play named "Pvt. Wars" in the times of Vietnam war, characterizing "Woodruff Gately" a veteran who's suffering from PTSD.
