Punjab AAP MLA Harmeet Pathanmajra, who was arrested on charges of rape, managed to escape from police custody after allegedly opening fire at the escorting officers on Tuesday. According to sources, Pathanmajra and his aides opened fire at the police during the escape and even ran over one police personnel, leaving an officer injured.
